There is no penalty for choosing annual billing as opposed to monthly.  In fact, there is a discount (equivalent of two free months per year) for choosing annual billing.  If you were to cancel our services, DeVore Data Solutions will refund you fully for any unused months that you prepaid for. 

 

Example:

You sign up for 1 year of service on March 14.  You decide to cancel the service on May 22 of the same year.  On May 13, you used 2 months of service.  From May 14 - 22, you used part of a third month of service.  You would be held accountable for three months of service.  Your refund would be equal to 9/12 (i.e. 3/4) of the annual payment. 

 

NOTE: The above is referring to web hosting payments.  There are absolutely no refunds on domain names.  Please select your domain name carefully.  A domain name cannot be "cancelled".  If you choose to use a different web host, we will gladly assist you in transferring the domain name you purchased from us to your new web hosting provider.
